BasisTech Approved as U.K. G-Cloud 13 Framework Supplier

Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation ensures reduced cyber risk

BasisTech, a leading provider of advanced text analytics and AI-powered solutions, proudly announced that it has been accepted on the U.K. G-Cloud 13 Framework to deliver cloud-hosted SaaS applications.

The G-Cloud 13 Framework is open to national and local public sector bodies. Similar to the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule in the U.S., G-Cloud 13 eliminates lengthy procurements of cloud-based computing services.

BasisTech also met the requirements for Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. Run by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), Cyber Essentials is a U.K. government- and industry-backed scheme that requires hands-on technical verification from an independent regulated auditor to guard against common threats. Accreditation must be renewed annually, ensuring that BasisTech will adhere  to the highest levels of cybersecurity measures.

“We’re demonstrating commitment to our U.K. customers by making it easier for public entities to do business with BasisTech on G-Cloud 13. With Cyber Essentials Plus, they can also be assured that their data is safe with us,” said Chris Biow, Chief Revenue Officer.
