Basis Technology、Apache Lucene Eurocon および Enterprise Search Europe に参加

Will showcase its industry-leading natural language processing software 
for accurate and relevant multilingual search

Cambridge, MA—2011年10月13日—This month, Basis Technology (www.basistech.com), the leading provider of natural language processing software for multilingual text retrieval and analysis, will participate in Apache Lucene Eurocon 2011 and Enterprise Search Europe 2011. Steve Kearns, product manager of the Rosette linguistics platform, will present “Multilingual Search and Text Analytics with Solr” at Apache Lucene Eurocon on October 19 from 1:30-2:15 pm (Track C).

His talk will cover the key requirements for delivering quality multilingual search, including understanding the data, design of schemas, selecting the best linguistic approaches for various languages, integration strategies with Solr, and the impact of multilingual content on application design. Kearns’ spirited and informative talks at previous Apache Lucene Eurocon and Lucene Revolution conferences have been popular and well-received.
